Yeah I got my hair done, the same color as I did last time but it does seem to have come out lighter this time. I haven't really shopped at Forever 21 in a couple months since I like the Socal stores more and I never have time to really peruse the way I want to when I'm down here but this skirt remains one of my favorite finds there this year - especially for $20!
